The Good Life
Here I am, once again getting all screwed up that I'm gonna have another quiz in about 3 hours time. Obviously I have done as much, perhaps more to the best of my abilities to prepare for the quiz. But somehow, no matter how hard I try, I still feel like I could have done more. But heck, that's my nature. Well, the worries doesn't end here. I've still got a list of tasks awaiting completion. For instance, I have a physics quiz next week, Thursday. And according to the rate at which we are completing the syllabus for Calculus 2, a probable test on Friday and also according to rumours, an Economics Test on Friday or Tuesday also. Dr. William Borges might sneak in one of his pop quizzes too. He always does it. So we'll just have to wait and see. Well, that's all for the tests and quizzes. As for assignments, I still have 2 lab reports to hand up next week. But thankfully, Ms. Jerry said that we only have to pass up one next week and the other one on the following week. Oh yeah, physics test is in 2 weeks time. But honestly, as a refute to contrary belief, I am really enjoying all of this. Reason being, it always keeps me on my heels and always in a mood to gun for the sharp end of the yardstick. If only that were the case in high school. Anyways, today, after college, I'm gonna play pool with Sara and gang, then go jamming with my band. We have a gig on valentines day. But apart from all of those, I have one very important target today. Go and talk to that new girl in calculus class. I didn't get to do it the last time around because she was too busy with registering. So I'll do it today. Wish me luck.

Shrouded
More seldom than often,
Do these words find their way home.
Perhaps, their drapes of heavy silk,
Impede their walk.
Perhaps, a negligee would do.
But what good are words,
Which are left in the open?

Tired
If there ever was a day that I would be too tired to blog, this would be it. Honestly, writing that first line alone felt like lifting a tonne of whatever it is that weighs a tonne. But on a more larger note, I'm kinda glad that I'm feeling like a torn pair of jeans.Well, here's why. Yesterday I felt like a big bag of potatoes when I couldn't grasp whatever that was being taught in Calculus 2 lecture. The numbers on the board seemed so alien and her voice sounded like greek. Honestly. And to make matters worse, Ms. Shanta allowed for a quiz this friday which would cover two rather difficult topics. Naturally, I started to panic. But today, all that panic flew out the window when I spent a good amount of time at the library studying and managing to understand the fundementals to those topics. And the homework felt like stealing candy from a kid. Oh yeah, I got a perfect score for the previous calculus quiz! 10/10... But oh well, I dont feel like typing anymore. My fingers are just too tired.

Celebrating Chinese New Year on Valentines Day
You know what, I think that my college's so called 'Internet policy' of making students have such a tough time logging into fun sites, such as their blog really stinks. I mean, what has this world come to when a student gets caught by Mr. Jess for watching inappropriate material on college computers? Not that I do it of course. But honestly, how do you even reconcile the fact that this 'Internet policy' just caused me precious time by giving me a hard time logging into this blog? And due to this, I have very little time left to write because the library attendant is already doing her rounds and turning off the lights on the upper floors.Sigh... But what can I say? A ridiculous day just got more ridiculous. So ridiculous, that I don't know where to start. But lets just say that it has to do with unearthly board meeting hours, being told a story that I had already dubiously anticipated, a Chinese new year celebration on valentines day in which the banner was painted pink and had little oranges on it instead of hearts. The artist seemed rather confused to me. How could you paint a Chinese new year banner pink? And how could you not acknowledge the fact that valentines day falls on the 14Th of February? I mean, what idiot would do such a thing? Celebrate Chinese new year on valentines day? Bah! The world has gone mad I tell you! And last but not least, having a day where no one, and I mean absolutely no one made any sense at all. But thank god for Dr. William. Its always a joy attending his class. At least he made sense. But anyways, I have to go. I have a board meeting in about half an hours time to discuss about the music fest. Yes a 6pm meeting on a week which I really need to get studying! Perfect sense, no?

Artistic Wonder
I wonder. Who in their right mind would consider shredding the mona lisa into two as a piece of art? How could a banana live without its skin? What are monkeys without their armpit scratching? Metaphorically speaking, how do detached dead cells aid the current dead cells which are still intact to its host to pull off something like that? I need a lawyer.
Humbled By Ink
Being humbled by ink on peices of paper is not exactly my idea of fun. That is why I only have time to lay a couple of sentences here. But what can I do, i have been compelled by my need to succeed to challenge those patterned ink. So of I go fighting again. Cheerio
