I love this episode.
However, this time, I really have to disagree with Clarkson. I actually like the Myvi.

Rides
The planes that I rode on the way home.

McDonnel-Douglas MD-80
Orlando International Airport
I flew out of Orlando on this jet. This is my thrid time flying on American Airlines's MD-80. Personally, I don't really like this jet because of its lack of legroom. But this time around, the flight was bearable, and eventhough I was seated right beside the intake of the jet engine, I slept throughout most of the flight.

Boeing 777-200
Dallas-Fort Wort International Airport
This is my first time on a Boeing 777, and my first time using Korean Airlines. The jet is a beauty. If there are two passenger jets that I really love, it would be this one, and the 747. The flight lasted for about 13 odd hours long. The seats were spacious, and the food was alright. But the only drawback is that there wasn't any personalized in flight entertainment. There was a large screen in the center aisle, but that was it. I slept throughout most of the flight too.

Boeing 777-200
Seoul-Incheon International Airport
This is the view of the same jet, right after we landed.

Airbus Industrie A330
Seoul-Incheon International Airport
This is the Airbus A330. It's one of the most safest commercial jets in operation. So far there has only been two fatal crashes in its entire operational history. One during its test flight, and the other during the tragic loss of Air France flight 447. The flight itself was not too bad, but again, just like the previous 2 flights, I slept throughout most of it. I was seated beside a Malaysian as well.

Somewhere over South Korea or China. I can't remember.

Hello
Ahh.. What an awesome day.
I slept at around 1 or 2 last night, after returning from Prada's awesome birthday party. The company was amazing, and the whisky was not too shabby as well. I helped myself to 6 rounds =P Guess who got high after 3?? Too bad I had to leave the party early.
Then after sleeping for some time, my alarm buzzed at around 6.00 in the morning. I begrudgingly woke up, took it in my hands and turned it off. I had a "bak kut teh" appointment with two friends, and judging by my state of mind, and sleepiness, I just didn't want to go. Then, about half an hour later, the phone rings. I pick it up. "Hello," said a groggy voice at the other end. "You coming or not?" As much as I wanted to decline, I knew I couldn't. I had to go. Justin said he would be over in 20 minutes and he put the phone down. The moment he did, I slept off, with half the intention of calling him and telling him that I didn't want to go. Five minutes later, when the urgency of me needing to get up as soon as possible so that Justin wouldn't have to wait outside for me set in, I got up, and took a shower. Then, as soon as I was done, Justin arrived. I got into the car, and the first ting he told me was, "Eh, if you didn't come, I wouldn't have gone." The moment I heard that, I got slightly annoyed. Rule number one: Do not wake me up before 9. I'd probably kill you. So we went to Klang, met up with Yi Man and then had Bak Kut Teh. The food itself was not too bad, but personally, I still think that the one in SS14 is way better.
Then later on in the day, I met up with Christina and Caren for lunch at Sunway Pyramid. That was fun as well. It's always a pleasure to have two intelligent and engaging young women for lunch. The food was pretty good, and the price was reasonable too. Caren, if you're reading this, we should do it more often! And this time, we have to call Zhao as well.
I spent the rest of the day chilling out. I had no plans, so I kinda lazed around, and listened to some Radiohead.
But today, speaking to someone, I started asking myself the question. Which one is more detrimental to the existence of religios institutions. Aethists or the religious institutions themselves? I've got my opinions, but that's for me to ponder.
I think I'm going to have a busy day tomorrow. We'll see what happens.

Constants
I don't know why, but I just seem to like Michael Jackson's Stranger In Moscow. It has got that very chilled vibe to it. More than a week on, and I'm still upset about his death. I really am. He's just one of those people where one wouldn't be called insane if they believed that he would live forever. Maybe in some ways he really is. To me, at least. He's one of the very few on earth who has remained a constant through their lifetimes. I love constants.
Prada's birthday party is tonight, and I'm looking forward to it. \m/

Liberation
Ahh yesterday was a fun night. Beau Bristow was absolutely amazing plus it was great meeting up with more old friends last night.
Too bad something else rather unpleasant is now ringing at the back of my head.
I will call, I will solve.
Anyways, I finally drove some distances in a car today. It was fun, but I found myself lacking in distance judgement. And yes, I was rather...dare I say it... slow!! But never mind, I shall give it some time, I'll be back on it.
Ahh.. baru panggil. Harap boleh settle lah.
That felt liberating!

Drvers Licence
I enjoy headbanging these days. I can always feel something bouncing on my head. No idea what that is though =P
Anyways, I finally got my CDL today. Competent Drivers Licence if you didn't know what it stood for. Well, I was supposed to get it last year, but due to some rather fortunate circumstances, I only got it this year. But one problem, I'll still have to drive around with a "P" sticker stuck all over my bloody windscreen!!!
Moving on, there's this acoustic gig going on tonight. Apparently, it's supposed to be a good one, and the person who is emceeing for tonight is my good friend, Shaz. A couple of others are going, and a few days ago, couple of them have asked me to come along, so I'd better go check it out. Not a bad way to spend my Thursday night. I hope it ends before 10 though.

One Week Report
According to whoever it is that gives out the instructions, today is supposed to be my first day out of the house. But fortunately, those instructions didn't come to me very well, and I decided that it made no sense. So instead of today being the first, it's already the 6th or 7th. You help me do the math.
But anyways, it's been one week! Well, yesterday anyways. So what have I been doing? Well, to be honest, not much. Not much if yuo put it onto percentages, but definitely some, if you consider the hours allocated for sleeping, eating and all that bull.
On Thursday, my first day back, I quarantined myself for half a day. I did try to be sensible about it, but after a couple of hours, I decided that being quarantined just wasn't my cup of tea. So I called some friends and we went for some drinks at Maju Maju. It's a mamak stall somehere in USJ something. 3 people infected, and counting.
On Friday... Hmm.. What did I do on Friday?? You see, this is the problem with blogging so long after doing something. You just can't remember. But anyways, I know I did something on Friday, and whatever it was, I'm going to believe that it was good and that I infected a few more with that swine of a flu. No, wait a minute. Now I remember what I did on Friday =) I went to visit Jon and Kush at their booth in KLCC. It was a nice booth, with some of the most expensive and excellent guitars that I've ever tried. And the best part is, they were all made in Malaysia! My experience on the way back was a complete different story though. I was greeted with the "KTM way" in all its glory. After buying my ticket to Subang, I got down to the platform to wait for the train. As usual, I was greeted by a huge croud of people, all waiting to get back. Knowing that the train will come sooner or later, I decided to wait. Not that I had a choice anyways. Then while waiting, I received the best message in the world. Some announcer came o the intercom and said that there had been a technical problem and that train services would be disrupted, and that all trains would be delayed. When will these people ever learn? Then, a few minutes later, she announced that the train heading towards Subang would be arriving shortly. I was glad. But when it did, I became un-glad. Number one, the train was packed. Number two, the moment the train came, everyone started rushing towards it and started to block the entrance to the coaches. They were so inconsiderate in their behaviour that they even passengers who wanted to disembark the train could not do so without having to shove their way through. Now, at that point I got annoyed. When the disembarking passengers got out, the ones who wanted to embark found it difficult to do so because the ones inside them were too daft to realize that there were some space left behind them, and that they could move so that others could get in. Some of us had to resort to knocking on the windows and signalling these idiots to move in so that others an get in. Then as the train became genuinely packed, people were still trying to get in, with great disregard to their own personal safety. It went on until a security personnel had to tell them to get behind the yellow line so that the train could leave. I couldn't get in though. So I looked around, and guess hwo did I find standing behind me?? Rachel and Adam! Haha.. Who would have thought.
On Saturday, I don't remember what I did.
On Sunday, I had a rather uneventful day, but I ended up going to watch a movie at night. And that was that.
Monday was a great day. I met Vienna in the morning, and went on to listen to some of her rather cool travel stories in Poland. After that, in the evening, Shaun, Jon, Leong, David and myself went out to Asia Cafe to celebrate Ping Fuan's birthday. As usual, that was pretty cool. Yee Leong provided the entertainment, while the rest of us provided the commentary =P
On Tuesday, I met up with some of my old mates from college. That was fun too. It was fun catching up with them and listening to stories.
So that was what I've been up to for the past week. Nothing much, but still loads of fun.
Oh, and before I end, Happy Birthday Rachel!
