This is to the thousands who never made it home on those fateful days.
This is to the hundreds of thousands who lost their loved ones.
This is to the thousands still dying, and to the millions still suffering.
This is to the innocent ones whose lives have been forever altered.
This is to the world.
This is the reason for Iraq and Afghanistan and to all the other struggles.
This is the reason we must never forget, for a day, seven years ago, woke us up from a deep slumber and showed us a different side of a coin we never imagined existed.
This is the reason, we must still fight on.
