Man, I'm just so high right now. I'm high because I don't have control over what's going on right now. I just read that prices are soaring through the roof, and guess who's still on the waiting list?? The one I'm looking for just took a huge leap in less than 7 days. Want to take a guess what might happen in the next 7?

What I don't get is why the indecision? Why the delay? Do we only do it when it's beyond reach, then not do it and sit around regretting?
